3/4 cup of sour cream

1 pound of lean ground beef
2 whole carrots, diced
4 celery stalks, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 28-ounce can of crushed or chopped tomatoes
1 15-ounce can of cannellini beans
1 15-ounce can of red kidney beans
2 cans of beef stock
2 whole bay leaves

1 4-pound corned beef brisket
2 pounds of small potatoes, halved
4 carrots, roughly chopped
1 large onion, cut into wedges
2 stalks of celery, roughly chopped
12 ounces of dark beer
2 tablespoons of pickling spices
1 small head of green cabbage, cut into wedges
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of horseradish
1 tablespoon of yellow mustard
2-5 cups of water
After preparing and chopping your veggies, throw everything except the cabbage into your slow cooker and throw your corned beef on top of it. Top it off with pickling spice and pour dark beer on top of it. Add water until the brisket is completely submerged in liquid. Finally, close the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for eight hours. When the time is up, open it up and make sure the brisket is tender. When it looks good, add your cabbage and arrange it around the brisket. Cover it and let it cook for 30 more minutes on high. 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
3 pounds of Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 chopped yellow onion
2 minced cloves of garlic
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
8 ounces of frozen peas
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of beef broth
1/2 cup of milk
4 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and boiling your potatoes in a large pot until they’re fork-tender. Drain out the water and add milk, two tablespoons of butter and half a teaspoon of salt. Smash everything together until it turns smooth, adding half a cup of shredded cheese. After it’s combined, pour half of the mixture into an 11×9-inch casserole dish. Next, cook your ground beef in a skillet and season it with salt and pepper. When it’s all browned, transfer it to a plate with paper towels. Add your carrots and onions to the skillet on medium heat to soften them before adding your ground beef back in. Stir everything up before adding the rest of the butter with peas, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper and salt. Keep cooking for three minutes until the garlic turns brown and add flour. 3 cups of beef broth
