Our first dish is the delicious Potato Sandwich. Yup!

It’s the sandwich you never knew you wanted or needed.

But now that you know it exists you’re just going to have to make it immediately.

Here’s what you need to make the Potato Sandwich:

  • 3 potatoes that are cooked and peeled
  • 4 tbsp. of bread crumbs from a baguette
  • 2 tbsp. of grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to your taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 slices of Gouda cheese
  • 6 slices of salami

Here’s how to make the Potato Sandwich recipe:

Step 1: Let some oil heat up in a pan over medium heat. You can cut your cooked and peeled potatoes lengthwise while your oil heats up.

Step 2: Mix your breadcrumbs and parmesan together with your salt and pepper. Whisk up some eggs and dredge your potato slices in them. Then dredge them in the bread crumb mixture.

Step 3: Pop your potatoes into the pan and fry them on each side until they crisp up and turn a golden color. Place your slices of Gouda cheese and salami on one slice of potato then top it with another slice.

Step 4: Let the cheese melt on your sandwich.For a crispier sandwich, let your sandwiches sit in the pan for a bit longer or toss them in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes.

Here’s what you need to make four Potato Egg Nests:

  • 14 oz. potatoes that are peeled and cooked
  • 4 tbsp. of bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp. bacon bits
  • 3 oz. shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to your taste
  • 4 egg yolks
  • bread crumbs to garnish

Here’s how to make the Potato Egg Nest recipe:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven warms up, mash up your potatoes with your seasoning, bacon, and half of your cheese. Use this mixture to create a patty on a pan lined with parchment paper.

Step 2: Sprinkle your patty with bread crumbs. Create a little nest or dip in your patty by pressing a small shot glass into it. Sprinkle the rest of your cheese in these little nests and top it with an egg yolk.

Step 3: Cook for about 15 minutes.

Here’s what you need to make four Stuffed Duchess Potatoes:

  • 14 oz. of potatoes that are peeled and cooked
  • 4 tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 4 oz. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • salt, pepper, and nutmeg taste
  • 4 mini mozzarella pearls
  • 4 tbsp. bacon bits

Here’s how to make Stuffed Duchess Potatoes:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with some parchment paper and put aside.

Step 2: Mash up your potatoes and mix your bread crumbs, grated cheese, egg yolks, parsley, and seasonings in. Place the mixture into a piping bag.

Step 3: Pipe four circles onto the parchment paper and smooth out with a spoon. Place a mini mozzarella pearl in the center with some bacon bits.

Step 4: Pipe the rest of your potato mixture around the mozzarella and bacon in the shape of a dome or tower. Cook for 15 minutes and enjoy your scrumptious fancy looking potato tower.
