Today, we’re going to do just that. When it comes to making easy dinner recipes, casseroles are about as good as it gets. All you have to do is throw in all your ingredients, put it in the oven and wait for it to be done. Today, we’re going to make a chicken bacon ranch casserole that is perfectly creamy, cheesy, crunchy and delicious. Best of all? It couldn’t be easier to make. So let’s get started.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 pound of chopped and cooked bacon
  • 12 ounces of pasta (your choice)
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella
  • 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 tablespoons of adobo
  • 1/2 teaspoon of fresh parsley
  • 1/2 bottle of Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 jars of Alfredo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • salt

Here’s what you do:

1. To start, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. After that, make sure your chicken breasts are trimmed and rinsed. Chop them into cubes and throw them into a large Ziploc freezer bag. Pour in your olive oil along with salt, pepper, adobo and parsley.

2. With everything combined, zip the bag up tightly and shake it until the chicken is completely coated with the marinade. After that, get out a large skillet over medium heat. Pour in your chicken cubes along with chopped onion. Keep cooking your chicken until all the pink is cooked out of it, for approximately seven to 10 minutes. Set it aside when you’re done.

4. Next, fill a pot with water and boil your pasta according to the instructions on the package. Cook the noodles only until they’re al dente, before draining them and putting them in a bowl. Add your ranch to the bowl and toss it all to combine.

5. With your ingredients ready, grease up a 9×9 inch baking dish and add in your ranch pasta. Add your chicken on top as well as half of your cooked bacon and all of your Alfredo sauce. Toss everything to combine.

6. Finally, sprinkle the top of the casserole with both of your cheeses. Add the rest of the bacon on top and throw the dish in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes. When it’s done, serve it up hot and enjoy!
