How to make it:

First, put water in a pot and let it boil. Add salt and then your pasta. Let it cook until al dente (mostly cooked with only a slight amount of firmness left to it).

Strain your pasta and set it aside. In a large bowl, crack your eggs followed by one cup of milk and vegetable oil. Whisk until well combined.

Time to season

Add your nutmeg and paprika for added taste. Mix well. Add your pasta and mix well. Then, cut your feta cheese into cubes and put it in your pasta.

Chop your parsley and add it to your pasta as well. Mix until well combined.

Smells nice? While it already looks good enough to eat, we’re not done yet.

Get your bundt pan and coat it with butter.

Then put in your pasta.

Bake it in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 350℉ °.

Once done, get a round plate, place over the top of the bundt pan and, gripping the plate to the pan tightly, turn it over and let the pasta fall onto the plate.

Slowly remove your bundt pan. Once it has transferred, you’ll notice the toasted cheese on top.

Sprinkle more cheese because more cheese is better. Then put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes.

This will melt the cheese.

What we love about this recipe is that the pasta doesn’t get soggy. Who would want to eat soggy pasta anyway?

Also, the overall flavor is creamy but light. You will also appreciate the fresh taste of parsley.

Of course, depending on your taste, you can tweak the recipe, but it’s also nice to try it out as it is first.
