Can you feel the breeze blowing from afar? Yes, we are once again in that part of the year where we dine with our loved ones and exchange presents. It is the most beautiful time of the year and there’s nothing stopping us from celebrating it the safest possible way.

While most people say Christmas is for children, no one ever said that grown-ups can’t have some of the fun.

Have you ever witnessed an ugly Christmas sweater contest?

Yes, such competitions exist during Christmas- and people love it. Though the contest is all about wearing some ugly-looking Christmas sweaters, it goes beyond just the competitive level of having an ugly fashion sense.

It has become a tradition wherein they turned this kind of fun event into a party instead of just people wearing their ugly Christmas sweaters. And what’s even more awesome is that it has also been incorporated with other exciting ideas.

Who wants to see a dance show?

This video went viral back in 2014 when five dads bounced it to a remix of “Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy”, brace yourselves because we bet you’re not ready for this Christmas dance extravaganza that they prepared for everyone.

They are “The Christmas Jumpers.”

Five dads in some exaggeratedly designed Christmas sweaters take the center stage as the unsuspecting crowd waits for what’s going to happen. Just seconds after, the dance remix comes in playing, and these dads immediately bounce into the beat.

And be honest, you’re ashamed because you thought they’d just goof around to some random and unsynchronized dance steps.

These dads are killing the music with their unparalleled creative dance moves, no camera tricks right here folks, yes, it’s really them dancing!

Who would’ve thought that they can slay a dance remix this way? They made such an amazing series of funny antics all the while keeping up with the beat with their incredibly awesome movements.

We are not sure if they are in their 30s, 40s, 50s or, 60s- actually, we couldn’t care less about their age, just look at how they slay that music, is that something an ordinary dad can do?

It could also be that they were real dancers during their prime, they simply have the swag.

And wouldn’t you agree with me if I say that they can even put some youth into shame when it comes to dancing?

Can your dad do this?

You’re lucky if your dad can still pump a stunt like this, but if he can’t, that’s still fine. There are really no limits to what a person, a dad, in particular, would do just to win that first-place award. After all, it is still a competition so they should really give it their best.

Having an event like this gives an ordinary Christmas party a huge leap of both happiness and excitement. More importantly, giving grown-ups, like moms and dads, a special moment to shine on their own during the occasion.

Since Sainsbury’s uploaded this funny yet awesome video, it has already gained over 2.6 million views, with thousands of thumbs up, and hundreds of comments.

Actually, one dad was able to relate to the wonderful feeling of dancing back in the days.

“I’m 43 years old and use to be heavily into dance. I can tell, these dads just like me, were once very dedicated to dance. I am familar with the moves these dads executed because I grew up in the era of poppin/lockin / waving/ robot and breakdance. When you know how to dance you never really lose the ability, just like riding a bike.”
