Breakfast is often referred to as “the most important meal of the day,” and with good reason.

Breakfast, as the name implies, breaks the overnight fast.

Better Heath said that: “When you wake up from your overnight sleep, you may not have eaten for up to 10 hours. Breakfast replenishes the stores of energy and nutrients in your body.”

A single hard-boiled egg has a long list of nutritional values.

And energy is one from the list that you need every day.

A quick tip: (If you haven’t tried this hard-boiled egg trick.)

Why put slices of lemon? “The acidity of the lemon juice helps keep the shells intact as the eggs cook. Bonus — it also makes them easier to peel when you’re ready to eat.”

Set the pot over high heat and bring it to a boil. When the time is up, strain the water from the pot. Take the eggs and put them in a bowl of water with ice cubes. Set aside to cool down.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs and grate them.

Once you’re done, put the grated hard-boiled egg into a bowl then add 3 teaspoons of semolina, 1/3 teaspoons of ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Combine everything.

Make balls from the grated hard-boiled eggs and wrapped them with flour by rolling over them.

Then, fry for 5 to 7 minutes on both sides.
