How to make them:

Step 2: The next step is to add your whole egg and 1 tbsp. cooking oil and mix it all.

Step 3: Slowly add the bread flour, baking powder, and salt. You can also sift the flour to avoid lumps. Take your time when you’re doing this step.

Step 4: Knead when all the ingredients are mixed. Once you get the right consistency, fold the butter. Once done, rest the dough for 45 minutes.

Step 5: After resting, knead the dough again. Cut it into two parts.

Step 6: Using your rolling pin, get your dough and flatten it. For the video, we see that it became 8″ dough. Cut it into eight triangles, like how you would cut a pizza.

Step 7: Do the same on the other dough and let them rest for another 40 minutes.

Step 8: Heat your cooking oil and fry your doughnuts. Once you’re done drying, let the doughnuts cool down.

Step 9: While waiting, prepare your Nutella filling, and using a chopstick or any stick you could find, poke a hole into the side of the doughnut.

Step 10: Fill with Nutella and then coat with sugar. That’s it!
