Mornings meals can get a little monotonous so why not try one of these super easy, delicious recipes using a true breakfast champion…the mighty egg.

Eggs are so versatile. They are not only extremely healthy, but they are simple to make when you want a fulfilling meal fast. If you desire a change from the usual fried or scrambled egg, I highly suggest you try one or all of these variations from YouTube channel – Scrumdiddlyumptious.

Here are 6 ways to change up your morning eggs.

1. Fried hard-boiled eggs with yolk whip topping.

After hard-boiling your eggs, cut them in half and put your yolks in a separate bowl. Mix your egg yolks with paprika and sour cream. It’s an interesting spin on the traditional devil’s egg.

Dip your hard-boiled egg halves into flour, egg, and finally, a bread crumb mixture. Fry the eggs until golden brown.

2. Potato and egg ‘flower.’

Cut potatoes into thin slices. Cut each slice into a crescent moon shape.

Arrange your potatoes in a non-stick pan to form a flower shape.

Crack an egg and pour the egg white into the center of the flower. Then top with the yolk.

Whisk additional eggs and pour around the potatoes until cooked.

3. Ham, egg, and cheese cups.

Cut slices of bread into square shapes. Top with shredded cheese and a piece of ham or meat of your choice.

Using a muffin tin, press the bread, cheese, and ham into the muffin cups.

Top with an egg and bake until golden brown.

Bake 3-4 potatoes and scoop out the cooked inside. Mix with chives and seasonings of your choice and place back into the potato skins. Top with an egg and bake. Easy!
