It might not be the usual “charcuterie” board that you have in mind because this one is filled with sweet delights all over and of course, the hot chocolate as the main course.

Charcuterie as we all know it.

Charcuterie is a French term for a branch of cooking that mainly features prepared meat products like bacon, sausage, ham, terrines, ballotines, galantines, confit, pâtés, and everything that’s primarily from pork.

To this is added select nuts and cheeses to round out the flavors.

While the charcuterie board usually has a variety of meat (could be any type of meat) and cheese, and often fruits or nuts. Basically, it is like the combination of meat and cheese on one board.

Now, hot cocoa “charcuterie” boards are a timely treat for everyone.

How to make a hot cocoa “charcuterie” board?

It is as easy as A-B-C and 1-2-3!

Of course, you will need a board where you can put everything on it. It is highly recommended, though, that you do the hot cocoa at the end, because you wouldn’t want it cooling down while you are tossing everything else onto your board.
