I'm pretty sure this is what Heaven would look like if it came in a bottle. And it's so simple I'll never buy strawberry milk from the store again.

It’s simple and all-natural. Doing it yourself can be rewarding, too.

So, instead of going to the grocery store and buying ready-made strawberry milk (and who knows what other ingredients), you can make your own by following this simple recipe. And you won’t regret it.

This recipe is for a 16.9-ounce glass bottle.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 7.7 oz strawberries (around 1 cup if chopped)
  • 2 ½ tbsp unrefined sugar (Muscuvado or brown)
  • 1 ¾ oz. heavy cream (35% fat)
  • 7 oz. milk

First, prepare the strawberries.

Cut off the calyx or stalk of the strawberries (that green part where the stem is), and wash them thoroughly. After that, chop them into pieces.

Place the chopped strawberries in the bowl and add the sugar.

Mix the strawberries and sugar until they blend well.

You’ll observe how the sugar gets dissolved by the strawberries’ natural juices. Close the bowl with the lid and refrigerate for an hour.

While waiting for the strawberries, sterilize your glass bottle.

Get a large pot filled with water and bring it to a boil. Immerse the bottle for a few minutes, then take them out and let it dry.

When the strawberries are ready, your bottles will also be dried and ready to be filled with this yummy goodness.

After an hour, remove the strawberries from the fridge.

Getting them inside the bottles can be messy, so look for a funnel to accommodate the chopped strawberries.

If you don’t have a funnel that big, you can cut off the top of a 1-liter plastic bottle. Just make sure you wash it well, though.

Using the funnel, pour in around 7 ounces of strawberries.

Use a kitchen scale as you fill the bottle to make sure you got the proportions right. Tare the scale while the bottle is on it before you start adding the strawberries.

Pour in the heavy cream and milk.

Again, check the scale to get the proportions right. You can either add more strawberries or milk if there’s still space in the bottle. Close the lid tightly and chill in the fridge. You now have strawberry milk ready.

If you want to make more, you can just multiply this by the number of bottles you want to fill.

The video also shows that they’re making a large batch of strawberry milk.

This is also a good idea to preserve the taste and texture of strawberries and to have them ready for the next two days, which is the shelf life for this drink.

You can also give these homemade drinks as gifts for the strawberry lovers in your life.

Add transparent sticker labels and compressed film for packaging and presentation. This is an excellent idea if you have an event and want to serve some fresh strawberry drinks. The label can be customized to your branding, which we think is a brilliant idea.

Enjoy this refreshing and healthy drink, and share this recipe with a fellow strawberry lover!
