There are two sets of ingredients that you would need. One is for the casserole and the other for the gravy.

Here are the ingredients for the casserole:

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 pack biscuits (preferably 8 counts)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

First, grease your baking dish.

You can use butter or a grease spray for this one. Then, cook the bacon until it’s crispy or according to your liking.

Next, cook the sausage.

Most sausages are wrapped with a casing or skin, but for this recipe, you have to cut the ends open and squeeze out the meat. That’s what you need to cook.

Make sure that it is well done and without any pinkness left in the meat.

Set the bacon and sausage aside and let them drain out their oil.

In the meantime, get a bowl and mix the eggs and milk. Add some salt and pepper to taste. You can use any kind of milk for this one – whole, half and half, or full cream.

It’s time to assemble the casserole.

Get the baking dish that you greased and open the pack of biscuits. Cut them in quarters, and place them in the dish spreading them out evenly. Pour the sausage in, then add the bacon. You can slide or crush the bacon and spread them on top of the sausage. Add some cheddar cheese on top, and pour the milk mixture in.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While waiting, cook the gravy.

Here are the ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp of Butter
  • 2 cups Half & Half (Alternatively, you can use heavy cream or whole milk.)
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter seasoning
  • 1/8 – 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Melt the butter in the pan at low heat.

Add the flour and let it cook for a few minutes, waiting for it to turn light brown. Gradually add the milk as you continue to stir.

Once the mixture thickens, add the garlic butter seasoning, red pepper, salt, and pepper. You can also use a peppered gravy mix if you don’t want to make your own gravy.

Once the gravy’s done, pour it on top of the casserole.
