It’s no secret that eating well is a huge part of being healthy and that what you put into your body matters.

Let’s face it, you are what you eat, which is exactly why these 6 healthy salad dressings are great for anyone who’s trying to steer clear of low-quality processed foods.

They’re not just good for you.

They taste great too!

Here are 6 healthy salad dressings that score high in the taste department as well If you like a good salad dressing, you won’t want to miss this!

1. Lemon Poppy Seed

The first is one of my all-time favorites, lemon poppy seed.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • Sea Salt

Pour all of these ingredients into a container, squeeze your lemon juice in, put on that lid, and shake it vigorously. You’ll have lemon poppy seed in no time.

If you don’t have a container with a lid, stirring it well should do the trick.

2. Maple Mustard Balsamic

This one sounds absolutely delicious, and is just as easy as the first one!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp avocado oil flavorless oil

Once you’ve got your ingredients in a jar or container, just shake hard and it’s ready to serve.

3. Citrus Basil

This one is a little bit more complicated than the last two, but it’s still super easy.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp avocado oil or flavorless oil
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lime
  • sea salt
  • pepper

Squeeze your lime and orange into an immersion blender, toss in the rest of your ingredients, and it should blend.in to a creamy citrus basil dressing.

4. Greek Yogurt Dressing

This one is a yogurt-based dressing, and you’ll just need a few other ingredients.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • pepper
  • sea salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs basil, parsley, cilantro, dill, or a mix of them

Once you’ve got your ingredients in a bowl or jar, shake or stir until it’s completely blended together, and enjoy.

5. Peanut Salad Dressing

If you love peanuts as much as I do, you’re going to love this one.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp grated garlic
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 lime
  • 1-2 Tbsp water

Once again, all you’ll need to do for this one is shake or stir it vigorously until the ingredients are all combined, and enjoy your healthy treat.

6. Cilantro Lime

The last one takes a little bit more effort, but you’ll only need four ingredients. Here’s what you’ll want to get:

  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 1-2 Tbsp water

Take your four ingredients and put them into an immersion blender until you’ve got a thick and creamy dressing.
